She has kept her past very secret. Not due to active effort or anything but because she just doesn't talk much about it. She doesn't talk about her parents, potential siblings, or even past relationships. She will however talk about something she has been fixated on since the Kaldorei joined the Alliance: Engineering. According to her it has opened up a new way to see the world and for the first time in thousands of years she feels like exploring the world through this new lense.
She travels with her friend Willow, a Feral Druid who is also exploring the world once again with the fresh eyes her new perspective on nature has given her.
Together they hope to have new experiences, tell new tales, and make new friends!

Since starting their journey they have discovered the Humans of Stormwind have been dealing with a great deal of turmoil from within. Of course Arachnea was excited to speak to the Gnomes in the heart of IronForge, the Dwarven Capital, about new technologies and how to use them! Willow is happy to be traveling with Arachnea of course as a silent observer and regardless of Arachnea's concerns Willow is content to be regarded as just a cat traveling with her due to Willow's social anxieties.

While both are very passionate about their new endeavors at times they can't help but feel a bit out of place. While Willow is not the first woman to be a druid she still sees how few have joined as has had struggles with socializing, while Arachnea has to fight against the fact that Engineering is looked at with skepticism by her people. With some even claiming it is against nature rather than a companion to it. Arachnea has of course learned to deal with those judgements and made friends with people that celebrate her new passion rather than downtalk it.
