of customer facing facilities and troubleshooting facility network issues as they arose.

➢ Deployed Ansible playbook to update UFW rules to allow access to only allowed IP addresses.
➢ Developed a Python script for VM backup alerts using the ProxMox API and sending those alerts to the company Zulip using the Zulip API.
➢ Programmed a script in Python that uses the NWS API to pull data on the current forecast for the day such as temperature, wind speed, and the apparent temperature which will
be used by the company for internal environmental monitoring.
➢ Conducted Linux system administration tasks such as changing user and group permissions on files and directories, modifying configuration files, and installing system software.
➢ Designed a Powershell script to automate the onboarding process which included updating Active Directory and interacting with Entra ID.
➢ Established a backup solution to the current ProxMox Virtual Environment by setting up a ProxMox backup server.
➢ Created, destroyed and modified VMs within a ProxMox environment to test company services such as Zulip, Grafana, and Nextcloud after restoring them from system backups.
➢ Fixed information kiosks that displayed key information via Grafana dashboards using a lightweight browser solution and cron jobs.
➢ Installed Windows and Linux operating systems to desktop and laptop computers to bring them to the company baseline.

➢ Built a device known as a CyberDeck which involved mounting a Raspberry pi 4 with a Linux Distro installed in a Pelican case used for ethical hacking which involved
using the Aircrack-ng suite to test the integrity of my own Wi-Fi network password and used for network troubleshooting which involved checking to see if other devices or
VMs where still accessible
on the network.
➢ Installed and configured a DNS server known as a Pi-hole to block malicious traffic from domains that contained malware and untrusted ad content.
➢ Migrated the files from a third-party web server host and self hosted an instance of my website that runs on the Apache web server software on my Ubuntu server VM.
